Thomas L. Czechowski is a Partner in the Litigation Department. Thomas has practiced extensively in all areas of civil litigation with primary emphasis in the areas of product liability, toxic torts, and employment litigation. He has been directly involved in and responsible for the successful defense of numerous product liability cases involving automobile design and safety, industrial machinery, outdoor power equipment, and a wide range of consumer products. He has had extensive experience defending claims of age, race, and gender discrimination as well as sexual harassment. He has also been involved in numerous commercial cases and cases concerning exposure of persons to asbestos, talc, and other pathogenic materials. More recently he has been involved in significant construction litigation and cases involving exposure to mold.
