The Construction Law Practice Group utilizes the varied background and experience of the lawyers in the group to assist clients from the conceptualization to final completion of construction projects. We have represented private and public owners, general contractors, specialty contractors, construction managers, design professionals and suppliers involved in construction projects that have varied in size and scope from single family residences to multi-million dollar commercial buildings and roadway structures. The Construction Law Practice Group is experienced in the divergent technical aspects of construction projects including bridges, roof systems, manufacturing floor systems, structural concrete and steel, steel erection, concrete, highway HVAC systems and equipment, electrical systems, elevators, engineered fill, historic restoration, pavement design and installation, and storm water drainage systems.

The members of the Group work at the outset of the project with owners and the professionals within the construction industry to clearly document the parties’ rights and obligations. After contracts are executed, members of the Construction Law Practice Group work with our clients to reduce the number of disputes that may arise during the course of a project and to bring a fast, cost-effective resolution to the disputes that do arise.
