Edward M. Kress is a Partner in the Corporate Department. Edward concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate law, including all phases of securities law, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers and reorganizations. Mr. Kress serves as General Counsel, a Director and Secretary to a NYSE listed company. He has worked extensively in all phases of real estate law. He has developed a subspecialty in business/finance issues including public and private equity and debt financings, venture capital financings and real estate syndications.
