Donna S. Tweel is a Partner in the Corporate Department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of general business, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and education law. Ms. Tweel is a member of the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys and serves as President of Wayne Local School District Board of Education. She also has significant experience in the formation and operation of captive insurance companies both in the United States and in offshore countries. Ms. Tweel previously emphasized business litigation, and this prior experience enables her to provide a blend of corporate and litigation advice to the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tweel served as a Judicial Staff Attorney with the State of Ohio Second District Court of Appeals.
